Admittedly haven't followed this one too closely this year, but does look like the acquisitions have been completed at potentially attractive multiples (pointing to disciplined capital allocation, which was one of my concerns given the large amount of capital from Vigilant payments). Will be interesting to see if the current pace/discipline continues and, of course, how integration goes (particularly around cross-selling and margin expansion initiatives)

I like both acquisitions this year. Of course no guarantee that the integration will be smart but the choosen businesses are interesting.
